Suppliers shall submit a Certificate of Analysis of the final product and other documents when required.
Manufacturers must implement GMP, GHP, HACCP, and GFSI standards. UNRWA inspectors may visit factories at any time during production to verify compliance.
The product shall be free from harmful substances, microorganisms, heavy metals, pesticides, mycotoxins, and foreign matter, and must comply with Codex and JECFA/EFSA standards.
White sugar shall be packed in new double-layered woven polypropylene bags with solid plastic inner liners, each containing 50 kg net weight.
Store under dry, ventilated, and hygienic conditions, away from moisture and sunlight.
Minimum 12 months, with at least 80% of shelf life remaining upon delivery.
