Fortified Sunflower Oil
Sunflower oil enriched with vitamins A and D, pure, free of unpleasant odors and harmful substances, and complies with UNRWA specifications.
General Description: Fortified sunflower oil shall be enriched with Vitamins A and D, safe for human consumption, free from rancid or abnormal odors, and clear without the presence of mineral or mixed oils.

* The product must not be derived from biotechnology and must meet WHO/FAO Codex and national health standards.
Suppliers must submit a Certificate of Analysis of the final product to UNRWA along with other required documents when requested.
Manufacturers must implement GMP, GHP, HACCP, and GFSI practices. UNRWA inspectors are authorized to visit the production facilities without prior notice to verify compliance with UNRWA specifications.
The oil must not contain harmful substances such as heavy metals, pesticides, mycotoxins, or microorganisms. It must comply with Codex standards (CXS193-1995) and related safety guidelines. The supplier must ensure the product is fit for human consumption and sourced from NFSA white-listed producers.
The oil shall be packed in new, robust 1-liter plastic containers, fully sealed under nitrogen. Each container must clearly display the product name, packer’s details, and production/expiry dates. The outer carton should be 3-ply thick.
The shelf life must be at least 12 months with 80% of its validity remaining upon inspection.
