General Description: The sardines are produced from fresh or frozen fish fit for human consumption. They have an odor, flavor, and texture characteristic of sardines and are packed in clear, refined, edible vegetable oil, free from objectionable odors, flavors, or textures.

Canned sardines are packed in 125 g tin cans as primary packaging, and in cartons for transport and storage. The cans must be hermetically sealed, commercially sterile, made of internationally approved materials, and scored for easy opening.
Expiry Date: Minimum 24 months from the date of delivery.
Canned sardines shall be stored under cool, dry, and hygienic conditions.
